1. Coworking Day Pass — $50

Best for remote workers, people who occasionally need to get out of the house, professionals passing through Vista, or anyone who wants to try our coworking space before joining.

A day pass includes access from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with several desks available on a first-come, first-served basis. Some workstations also include additional monitors.

Included amenities:

• Wi-Fi
• Parking
• Printing
• Coffee, cold brew, tea, and sparkling water

Reservations are not required, but we encourage visitors to call ahead or reserve their day pass before arriving.

Some employers offer professional development or remote work stipends that can be used toward coworking. If working from home is affecting your focus or productivity, it may be worth asking whether your company will cover an occasional coworking day.

2. Private Day Office — $100

Best for one person who needs occasional private office space. This gives privacy for calls, focused work, virtual meetings, or handling confidential information without committing to a permanent office.

The day office is available during the same 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. hours and includes a fully furnished private office, Wi-Fi, parking, printing, and beverages.

Customers can choose from whichever smaller private offices are available that day. Same-day bookings might be possible, but calling ahead is still the safest option. Subject to availability of open offices. 

Phone and video calls are encouraged, but anyone meeting with clients will be better served by a dedicated meeting room, available for $50 per hour.

3. Producer Club — $225 Per Month

Best for entrepreneurs, creatives, remote professionals, and small-business owners who need workspace several times each month while also benefiting from The Film Hub’s production and business resources.

Producer Club includes:

• 10 coworking days per month
• 100 monthly credits
  • Up to four complimentary hours in podcast studios or meeting rooms
  • The option to use credits for four extra coworking or guest passes
• Up to 30% off production-stage and event-space rentals (subject to date)
• Business address and mail service
• Access to community events and workshops
• No long-term commitment or cancellation fee

Producer Club offers much more flexibility than buying individual passes.

4. Full-Time Coworking Membership — Starting at $325

Best for professionals who want a consistent place to work without committing to a private office.

Our full-time coworking membership starts at $325/month and gives you access to the coworking space during business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. It is a simple way to get out of the house, stay focused, and work from a professional environment on a regular basis.

For those who need more flexibility, you can upgrade to the $395/month membership, which includes 24/7 building access and 150 monthly credits.

Those credits can be used toward things like:

• Up to six complimentary hours in podcast studios or meeting rooms
• Additional coworking or guest passes when you want to bring someone in or need extra workspace access

The 24/7 membership is a strong fit for people who start early, work late, manage clients in other time zones, or simply do their best work outside traditional office hours. It gives you the flexibility of coworking with more control over when and how you use the space.

5. Dedicated Desk Membership — Starting at $600

Best for professionals who want a consistent workspace without needing a full private office.

A dedicated desk gives you your own reserved desk inside a shared office space, so you always have a place to sit, work, and stay organized when you come in. Unlike open coworking, your desk is yours to use regularly, making it a strong middle ground between a coworking membership and a private office.

This membership also includes a cabinet, giving you a secure place to keep your work materials, equipment, files, or everyday office items instead of carrying everything back and forth each day.

The dedicated desk option is ideal for remote professionals, freelancers, consultants, creatives, and small business owners who want more consistency than coworking, but do not need the cost or space of a full private office. It gives you a professional home base, a place to stay focused, and the convenience of having your setup ready when you arrive.

6. Private Offices — Starting at $995 Per Month

Best for solo professionals, established businesses, growing teams, and anyone who needs a secure, permanent home base.

The Film Hub offers private offices on a month-to-month basis, giving businesses more flexibility than a traditional long-term commercial lease. Longer agreements are also available with additional discounts. We are running a current promotion: receive 50% off your first month with a year commitment. While the offer lasts. More Than a Place to Work

The Film Hub is not a traditional coworking space where the experience ends with a desk and Wi-Fi. It is also home to professional production studios, podcast rooms, meeting spaces, and event venues that members can use as their businesses grow.

That means you can spend the morning working on a campaign, meet with your team in a conference room, record a podcast or interview, and eventually host a workshop or launch event—all within the same building.

Our production spaces include a soundproof studio with a white cyclorama for photography (Stage 2), video, commercials, interviews, and branded content, as well as a fully functional kitchen and café set (Stage 1) for food, beverage, product, and lifestyle productions. The Film Hub also offers dedicated podcast studios for audio and video recording.

For businesses planning a gathering, our event spaces can accommodate workshops, training, networking events, company celebrations, screenings, and other community or professional events.

Depending on the membership, members may also receive monthly credits and discounts that can be applied toward meeting rooms, podcast studios, production stages, guest passes, and event-space rentals.
